Virginia Women on Board: Our leadership academy is a collaboration of community organizations working together to empower women as corporate, government, and nonprofit leaders. Board service is an important leadership role that influences the fabric and priorities of our communities.

Leadership Coaching & Consulting Institute: Consultants and coaches provide pro-bono training and coaching to support the professional growth of social justice leaders working with Virginia-based organizations committed to empowering women and girls.

Women’s Microenterprise Institute: Together community organizations, businesses, and individuals collaboratively support women’s small businesses with grants, mentorship, and technical assistance as a ladder out of poverty and movement towards financial freedom. 

Girls Business & Leadership Academy: Girls gain leadership and business training by working in teams to design successful social enterprise initiatives. Each team will have mentorship, technical assistance, and an opportunity to receive a grant to turn their ideas into reality.
